Melissa Nouel is a passionate sustainability architect who believes small actions from small people can change the world.
While finishing Sustainable Development masters at UNSW, she is strongly motivated to do some real good by providing advise to local business owners on improving their operations and working environment. Her preparation and passion makes her the right person to reach for creative advise on reducing your environmental footprint while saving money, improving wellbeing of customers and staff, and tackling the green market niche.

QBS Group _ Sustainable Design Guidelines
As sustainability consultancy for this Residential Renovations firm, Gifted Sustainability created ‘QBS Goes Sustainable’ - Pilot Guidelines. This booklet is part of a sustainability strategies pack, and provides guidance on Design for Energy Efficiency in residential buildings.
Airbiz, Sydney _ Waste Management Program
While working with Airbiz, Melissa started a waste management initiative for its Sydney office:
* She selected rubbish bins according the the office interior design and budget
* Worked with staff on the procurement of recycling bins
* Graphic designs were specifically developed for the program
* Melissa provided City of Sydney guidelines for staff and contacted ZeroWaste gurus to further inform responses to particular queries for the Airbiz team
* Started a 'Talking Rubbish' weekly newsletter to involve and motivate the staff, and provide updates on the waste management's progress.
